Traditionally we think of ourselves as a rural Parish, with Churches, Village Hall, School and Pre-school, Pubs and Clubs, a Shop, Garden store and Tea rooms, Village organisations of various types, a Produce show, the Frogham Fair - and animals everywhere!
But we are also a small group of people who love their village and the countryside in which they live, who are passionate about its history, its past, its present - and its future - and who demonstrate their enjoyment of living here by continually looking out for their neighbours in the Community.
In other words, we may be a Parish, but we are a COMMUNITY - and very proud of it.
It is that Community spirit that led to our drive to take on the Village Shop in 2013 - a project
that for various reasons sadly did not get off the ground.
It is that Community spirit that causes us to rise up in defence of our unspoilt environment and
to loudly declaim our abhorrence at the thought of the effects of so-called "necessary reparations"
that are now in prospect.
It is that Community spirit that has led the Broadband Project team to work flat out for 6 months
to bring the Project to a state of real possibility - and its launch on 3rd December
We believe that the Community can be greatly invigorated by the challenge of projects that will benefit the Community - and the Broadband project is a really important project, now in prospect.
However, if that project is to fly, it must be embraced by YOU - for you are the Community
